Description

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails. Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence, including financial statements and client communications.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update client and financial data in accounting software and databases accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Bookkeeping Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling financial statements.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Office Correspondence: Draft and send letters, memos, and other business correspondence as needed
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to accountants and other office staff, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with inquiries, provide information about services, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure that all administrative activities comply with firm policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Report Generation: Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc reports for accountants and management, including financial summaries and client status updates.
